Visiting regulations
Download the audio guide in advance so you have something to look forward to and don't waste data at the exhibition.
In order for your stay at our exhibition and in the entertainment zones to be safe, we ask you to observe the following rules:
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit.
Children's groups must have at least one adult supervisor for every 10 children in the group.
Children and minors are responsible for their parents or adult supervision or educational support during the entire visit.
Visitors are obliged to respect the instructions of the organizer and security guards. In case of non-compliance, the organizer reserves the right to immediately expel unruly visitors from the exhibition and entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION without compensation.
Visitors are prohibited from bringing jackets, coats, cloaks, umbrellas and bulky luggage into the SPACE MISSION exhibition and entertainment areas.
There are free changing rooms for all.
No entry with weapons, imitation weapons, explosives (including fireworks), sharp objects and glass containers.
No entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Prohibition of consumption of alcohol or narcotic substances in all areas of the exhibition and entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION. The organizer reserves the right to expel visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances without compensation from the exhibition premises and SPACE MISSION entertainment zones.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including toilets and the foyer. If a visitor causes a fire alarm by smoking, they will be charged for all material and financial costs associated with it.
No entry with animals, does not apply to assistance dogs with a valid license.
For security reasons, the organizer may limit the number of strollers and wheelchairs in the exhibition space and entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION for a certain period of time, and thus not allow the entry of another stroller or wheelchair. This situation can occur especially with high traffic.
All visitors behave respectfully in the exhibition areas and in the entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION. Children's behavior is monitored by parents or pedagogical supervision. Unsupervised minors will be expelled from the exhibition and SPACE MISSION entertainment zones.
The consumption of food and beverages is prohibited in the exhibition premises and in the entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION.
Forging a ticket is a crime.
Once the ticket has been loaded or torn off, it is no longer possible to use or return the ticket.
Upon entry, the visitor may be subject to a security check.
The senior discount applies only from the date of reaching the age of 65.
ZTP/P must be shown with a valid ID for the discount.
The entire exhibition and entertainment zones of SPACE MISSION are adapted for prams and wheelchair users.
Each ticket is equipped with a barcode and a control clip, which will be checked by a reading device or torn off by a responsible employee when presented upon entering the event venue.
In case of damage, destruction, loss or theft of the ticket, the ticket will not be replaced by the organizer and no other compensation will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for problems and damages caused by unauthorized copying of the ticket.
In the event of cancellation of the event, a claim for a refund of the entrance fee must be made at the place where the ticket was purchased.
Reimbursement of special costs (e.g. hotel, transport costs) is not provided.
The owner of the ticket gives his consent to the fact that photographs, films or video recordings from the premises of the park with his person can be used by the organizer for documentary and promotional purposes, without monetary compensation.
Paid admission and service fees are non-refundable, and the ticket is non-exchangeable.
